Can CSV file change according to excel

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking around for this solution for quite some time. My concern is, when an Excel sheet is saved in CSV format. Can we enable any data connection between both the files so that when ever the Excel sheet changes, the data on the CSV is also changed.

No. The data in a .CSV file is just pure text - you can't have any formulae in there.

I suppose it might be possible with VBA by opening the file, re-writing it, and then closing it whenever the data is changed, but that might make the file very sluggish.

Thanks Pete, Can you guide me through VBA in this purpose for re-writing data in same CSV file when the data is changed in Excel. I have no knowledge with VBA in excel
