    Applying An Area Chart

    Left chart is the example of the book. Right chart is mine.

    I insert an area chart. Then the chart shows up but maximum value of data axis is 1600.

    So I right click the data axis and get format axis. I make the maximum fixed value 3500.

    Then values turns into like in the figure. You see values are different than the example of book.

    Why?

    left chart is stacked area right chart is not.
