Welcome to the forum
It would be easier if you post a workbook with a few examples showing the data plus the answer you are looking for and how it has been calculated. Ensure that employee names are made anonymous.
To attach a workbook, click on Reply, then click on Go Advanced, then look below for Manage Attachments..etc..

You give the total number of scores but not what the sum total of the scores is. Your example indicates 30 questions but the score for those 30 questions is not given. The percentage is determined by the total score achieved divided by the total score possible.

So a 'perfect' survey is 25 or more out of 30, is it?
