As per attachement, i wish to combine 3 sheet which are different data in column and rows. I had tried to use consolidate data but header (project code doesnt appear). FYI, I have more than 500 column to consolidate and for sake of learning, i deleted some for ease.

If i understand you correctly, you want the headers on the left and on the top to be checked and if it matches, the corresponding data to be added up?
Can you upload a sample output file showing us how you want your output to look like?

I wanted to consolidate 3 files into 1 new sheet. The output shall be the same with existing format.
I would be able to use Data Validatio but it applicable for row only and not consolidate for column.
How would you use data validation for consolidation?

No sir, data should be in respective project code and account description.
The easist way is to copy and paste all the data into new sheet. But as you can see, account description are not same each sheet.that the real problem.
put it simple way

Can you show how you want the data in a workbook?
Perhaps a before/after type thing.
So you only want the totals to be displayed?
