Automation in report generation (pending data report)

Dear Excel Experts,

I need ur help in automating one of the report in excel.

Its pending ticket status report wherein i need to showcase the pending ticket count details of each support team(eg - Level 1 , level 2 etc) with respect to the Priorty of the tickets. (eg - Priorty 2, 3 etc) and also with the number of days it is pending with the respective team. I used to take the ticket dump details from the ticketing tool. Currently i use pivot table to take the count and entering it manually. Only the ticket count is enough.

to give a rough idea...Please see attached for the snapshot of the report.

Kindly help me out how to automate this report. Once I have pasted the ticket dump the pending ticket count should reflect automatically in the next sheet. Please help me. It will save 2 hours of human effort on a daily basis.
