Need urgent help with error! Urgent!

I have a deadline, any help would be appreciated greatly!!
An exuse in advance if I put this in the wrong terminology etc. but I am rather new to this and not native english speaking.

To the issue:

In the attached document, sheet 2 E1 picks up its value from sheet 1 C13. It then is supposed to find the lowest value in col B deriving from the value represented in the input cell E1 when crossed with column A, and output the find in E2, which in turn then is sent back to sheet 1 calculations.

When I tested with example values this worked; then I replaced them with real values, and now it wont do what it did just yesterday,

Any idea?
