How do I export an Excel worksheet to Word with some specific formatting?

I need a macro that will export my Excel worksheet to Word. I would like to use a form control button to do this. I found some help so far, but the export includes the form control button. I need the button to be invisible in the export, just like it would be if I printed the worksheet from Excel.

Also, I need the macro to rotate the landscape worksheet to portrait when it exports. The worksheet fits within the confines of 1 page in landscape when printed, but I need it rotated in the word document because the word document will include a cover sheet in portrait format.

If anyone has some code advice for this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
