Convert Text into Date

How can I convert text into date ?

Date Month Year Arr_date
9 9 2016 9/9/2016



I CONCATENATE the Date /Month/Year but it turns out to be text.. not date

How can I do that

If you 9 9 2016 is in Cells A2,B2,C2 you could use =DATE(C2,A2,B2)
