    Re: xls to csv

Move up to Outlook (not Express) and do a mail merge from MS-Word. You will
compose the message in Word, choose mail merge, the data source will be
Excel, the email field the address, and the destination of the merge will be
    Outlook.

Better: Use an external mail server service like MS-ListBuilder. In Outlook
with that many addresses you will be seen as a Spammer and Outlook will
challenge you to verify that you are not sending Spam.

With that many addresses, what is the application of the message? Again, in
MS-ListBuilder you can build simple text messages, use canned HTML templates,
or your own custom HTML (our preference).
