Customize in Microsoft Office Access

To all masters, with the project I mean as follows:

1. Change the default paper in the access so that it follows paper and orientation from the default printer and can be for all paper. Because the default of the application can only be letter (can be previewed & printed directly) and letter 1/2 (can not preview but print directly). Please provide the editing tutorial so that I can learn to change it myself.

2. Change the appearance to fullscreen (maximize) and also minimize according to what we want via keyboard shortcuts. Please provide the editing tutorial so that I can learn to change it myself.

3. Edit items can be done through the shortcut, the small form appears in the transaction according to the default access, but I ask to edit directly without changing the default settings so that the default small form still exists and can only be edited directly. Please provide the editing tutorial so that I can learn to change it myself.
