Convert Countifs from Excel to Access

I am trying to convert this Countifs formula from excel into access. Know access doesn't have countifs - does anyone have a solution that would work

From "Qry_Union_Sentry_Unsettled_Trans"

Column D = [Portfolio ID]
Column J = [Code]
Column I = [Security Name]

=IF(J2="BUY",COUNTIFS($D$2:$D2,$D2,$I$2:$I2,$I2,$J$2:$J2,$J2),"")

If any is familiar with how to go about this, would be appreciated.
