Need Help Please with code in Access 2010

I have created a form in Access 2010 and i need to know how to send emails in access. for example :- a user fills in the details in the leave application form and after he hits submit in the form an email notification need to go to the manager and after the manager approves an email notification has to reach the user. Please advise.
