***FIFO Closing Stock***

Hi Friends,

This is my first attempt to lean Access. Till date i am working with only excel where i struggling to handle larger data’s and i learnt that Access can handle such large numbers of data.

My query is, i am having stock report and purchase report. From that data i need to extract Purchase details for the stock in hand report using FIFO (First In First Out) method.

Example for a particular product i have 50 qty in the closing stock then i need to extract latest 50 qty purchased from the purchase report. Now i am handling this thru formula in excel due to larger date i could not use the excel file.

Kindly help is this possible thru Access by creating Query?

I have attached excel date which has 3 sheets (Stock, purchase and FIFO purchase). FIFO Purchase will match with closing stock.

Kindly help to make it in access.
