Duplicated Post and i want too list the latest post

I have this table i access and when i sort in Usrid the id 1 and 3 have same post selected ( ALFA and Kappa ) i want to list the newest date
that means ID 6 and 11 for Usrid 1 and 8 , 13 for usrid 3 .

user ASC
date DESC
?

My trouble is that idont want to list the duplicate , but the rest in the list . It guess it will be like a Query sorting duplicates and only show the latest post .
