Hi I wasn't as specific enough in my question. I see this link converts 1 to one and 2 to two and so on. I want to say if there is a number one in a field then convert it to a name. If there is a two convert it to a different name? Hope that makes sence
i'm nt sure where you want this to happen. If in a table then, use an update query. If in a report then join the two tables (one containing all your data and the number and one containing the number as a foreign key and the name) in a query. If in a form then use the same mechanism as in a report but with a subform.
