Exporting 5162 Label report into .RTF or .PDF shift / unalign

I have an access DB that exports labels into a .RTF file and saves them to a network folder for another department to pickup and print.

My issue is when I print the labels directly from the report within access the 5162 labels align up perfectly. Once I export the report to .RTF or .PDF the labels crunch more together and no longer print nicely on the label stock.

Anyone else have this issue or have any ideas how to solve it?

Do you have examples files to show what you're working with?
