Creating a query based on a drop down filed option that displays results in a form

Morning all,
I have followed this websites instructions (https://www.knowledgewave.com/blog/m...ss-2010-2.html) on how to create a query from a dropdown / combo box which works fine, but would really like the results displayed in a pre-created form rather than a table view. Has anyone any ideas please?
