[Table] Make Field Required (Yes or No) Based on a value in another Field

    Hello,
I have a table for customers Info and It contains 3 columns.
1- Communication method (Whatsapp OR Instagram),
    2- The customer number,
    3- customer username.
    Table Q.png

I want, if the method of communication is on WhatsApp, the number column must be required, and it is not possible to write anything in the username column.
Otherwise If the method is To communicate on Instagram, the username column must be required, and nothing can be written in the number column.

    Is this possible guys?
And I hope my question is clear and thank you very much in advance...

First rule of Access DataBases is that you should never input data directly into tables. Users should never have access to the tables. All data entry should be done through a form that is bound to the table. In the form, you can then have VBA in place to allow for the requirements of your data entry. In the meantime, I have no time right now to work on a solution for you with those thoughts in mind. I will be back shortly with hopefully a workable solution.

No, they are Access tables that I am trying to create to manage customer records, and of course I will later create queries and reports based on these tables.

Thank you very much @alansidman for this clarification.
I thought i can achieve this validation in tables instead of forms .
Anyway, thanks to point it out. Now I can research about this topic, hoping I can solve this problem myself...
