...Or Excel. (you can skip to the last line if you don't need the back story)

Where I work they are making us have to fill out very specific forms when we have to return lease items. This is normally done with a web app that produces the form in Excel format that we have to work over a bit for it to print right. I have properly duplicated this form in both an Access 2007 form and report.

My problem is that information has to be added to the form (tracking numbers, boxes, certain checks that techs have to do before sending it off) and then it needs to be stored digitally.

The Report output works, but we have to rescan it (before doing some silly highlighting they also make us do) to get the soft copy. Sometimes gets messy.

The Form is not bad, but the soft copy should be saved outside of access (pdf, word, excel). Right now pdfs are fine, but if information needs to be changed (a box is not ready, or other issues), we need to go back into the form, set all the info and pdf it again.

Long story short, is there a way to output the form/report to Word or Excel while keeping the format and layout? Thanks for the help.
