    Manual Toggle button

Ok, I poked around quite a bit before posting this (felt embarassed after my last post), but I can't get this to work the way I want it to.

First off, I have a (yes/no) field to denote our First Aid staff members. In the form where Staff memebers are modified, the check box is to small and not nice to look at. So instead I would like to use a Toggle button. This works better, but the soft blue of a YES does not stand out much from the basic grey of NO.

I looked and could not find a way (though some posted to change the BackColor propert of the button, which is not there) to change it to say a nice red.

So instead I tried to make my own button. No problem, even added the white cross on it. Problem is when I jump through the records, I cannot get this button to update with the status of the FirstAid.Value. Some have posted else where to use the Private Sub Form_AfterUpdate(), and I have tried the Private Sub Form_Click() as well.

How would I get this button's BackColor value to change when navigating through the records? Also, to more easily go to the needed record, I have a ListBox with all the staff members, click to go to that record.

Suggest you post a sample workbook.
