Page Setup on Print Preview output

I have a report that should be printed 11x17 (Landscape). My problem is that in my case (with my laptop) when ever I go home and work on my home network, the page size gets set to 8.5x11. My worry is that the staff that are going to be using the data base will not recorrect the page size and complain that the report does not print properly.

Right now, the report is brought up by a button that goes straight to the print preview mode. I have tried the On Load and On Open events to set:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Landscape doesn't seem to be much of an issue, but the page size is a kick in the pants.

IS this not possible? I have tried the report view, but that does not display it (or any what that I know of) the way it should print out since I have page footers and multiple subreports imbedded to get the style of printout I need. The only way I have found to get it to view properly is in print preview.
