Re-Created Form

Hello,
I posted before and it was suggested that I create a new form in my Access DB. I have done that twice now and am running into a strange issue. For some reason when I enter data and go to the next record, the old data is there and it won't save. Everytime I change a records information it updates that to each record in the form. I finally fixed the form to display the correct totals now this is the only issue I cannot seem to resolve. Please help. Thank you in advance.
