Update a single table with data from a worksheet with multiple tabs

I have a DB created that links to a spreadsheet, that contains a tab for each day of the month. Instead of having to run an append query on each day(tab) separately; can I append June compiled using multiple tabs at once? I attached the June compiled list, which has days 3-7 that I had to append one day at a time ( from the worksheet Test June Driver Log DJ).
The worksheet is completed by a coworker in a separate location, I'd like to link to two multi-tab worksheets from coworker 1 and coworker 2. Is that possible?
