Access closing problem

Being not the smartest person, I have an Access application that I wrote, and works perfectly. The problem being that I now have to make a change to the application, and I automatically close it from within access. I believe there is a Key sequence to keep the application open, but I can't seem to find the proper sequence.

I understand that, but since I have it set to close how do I keep it open so I can change it.
