    Newbie needing help to writing a basic iif formula

    Hey All
    I am hoping you can help

    I am new to Access so my apologises for lack of terminology

    I need to create an iff formula to say

    If [Channel] Is blank and [Call ID] >1 then “PPC”, otherwise [Channel]
