how to create dependent combo boxes, not cascading

I would like to create dependent combo boxes on my user form, and by dependent what I mean is, each combo box looks at the others to see if a value exist and if it does, the value is not available in the next combo box. The users who will be using the form will not be selecting the combo boxes in sequential order so I don't think cascading combo boxes will work if my understanding of them is correct. I have had help in creating the same effect in excel using drop downs and that was easy to understand, but I am very green with access and am not sure how to tackle this one. I have attempted to upload a screenshot so that anyone willing to help can get a look at what I am doing. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    Picture:

Hi and welcome to the forum

Please do not upload a picture of your file...rather, upload a sample of your workbook, showing what data you are working with, a few samples of your expected outcome (manually entered is ok) and how you arrived at that. (Exclude sensitive info). Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you. Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls, etc.)

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

Access files will have to be Zipped. To ensure that it is small enough, compact and repair before zipping. Also please explain what type of data and a specific example you are looking to put into each (or at least a small sample of the combo boxes.) Your explanation is to vague to offer a solution.

Ok, I have desensitized and chopped this thing as best I could and I still can't get it to upload. Too big at 10.2 MB. How can I go about making this thing smaller or just putting up the user form?

And that 10.2 MB is in a zip folder.

Did you run a compact and repair before zipping?

Only need a small sample of data in the tables that is representative. Delete any forms or queries and tables that are not linked or relevant to this issue.

Re: how to create dependent combo boxes, not cascading

Reckon if I would listen the first time I could save myself some trouble. Hope this has it. I left the two main tables that the combo boxes pull from. I also have it set to where all the combo boxes minus the far right column look at the "Team" combo box and shorten the list. If that weren't there, the list in the combo boxes would be very long. Only about 35 people are on each of the four teams I am concerned about, A, B, C, and D. So when I select one of the teams, the list gets shorter. Any idea how I would further that by having the lists in each combo box reduce every time I select a person?
