I have created a dashboard which contains about 10 pivot tables for my team. It is an individual dashboard using VBA environ code which brings back the details on the pivot table for individuals looking at their User ID. for example if user 1 opens the Dashboard it will only show his figures, if user 2 opens the dashboard it will only show user 2s figures etc. The front sheet is a Summary sheet which will have the totals from all the Pivot Tables. ie productivity for the individual, amount of money bought in, number of complaints outstanding etc, the size of the pivot changes per user so I am unable to use = cell function. Does any one have any ideas, is there a way using VBA to get Pivot Table Totals assigned to a cell? or is there any other way I can do this in excel 2007?
