Compare 2 tables using 3D chart

I need to compare 2 tables in a Bar Chart or some other visual chart.

Table A shows original inventory of items in each shop:
Horizontal Titles: Shop-1, Shop-2,..., Shop-14
Vertical Titles: Bolts, Washers, Tubes, Rubber Ring,..., Paper (total of 16 entries)
Not all items were originally in each shop - some contain blanks (zeroes)

Table B shows remaining inventory in each shop:
same horizontal and vertical titles.

What is the best chart to show these comparisons and how to do this?
