    Excluding 0 on bar graph

Is there a way to create a bar graph, that excludes any 0's? I know I could just not select them, but the worksheet is something I use each month, and then modify and save a new version with new data. So sometimes one department might have 0 in February, but then have 10 in March. So I want to have all my departments selected, but show only the ones that had turnover in the graph.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

Try downloading Andy Pope's solution in the following thread:

I didn't quite understand what he was saying in that post - or how to apply it to my own chart. Maybe I'm just over thinking it.

I've attached my workbook. Turn Over and PT comparison 03-2014.xlsx

Ultimately, here's what I want to see happen....

The second chart shows the turnover by Department. What I really want to happen is to ONLY see bars for the departments who had a percentage. Because of the way the table is set up, I cannot select a straight series of data, because I need to skip the totals for each division.

Truly, I don't need it to be a bar graph, it could be a pie chart, or something else. I just don't want the department to show if their percentage is "0".
