Help with Line Graph - Need 2nd Line to begin at X-value different that 1st Line

Hello all,

Easy fix I'm sure, but I can't figure it out. I am plotting historical rent and occupancy values for a group of properties (line A) vs. a single building (line B) from 2000 to 2014. Yet, the single building (Line B) wasn't built until 2008, so I would like the line to only begin in 2008 (instead of having a value of 0 up until 2008, and then shooting up to its real value). I've attached a version, but I've taken out formula - hopefully someone can see get the gist.

Wrap the formulas in cells N37 to P51 with IFERROR that forces an #N/A value rather than the #DIV/0 and it should do what you need.

i.e.

=IFERROR(YourFormulaHere,NA())
