I have a chart showing 12 months in the X axis I only want to chart data greater than 0. Right now the line chart shows the values for Jan - March then drops to 0.

What you need is for formula to return #N/A instand of 0. IF(yourFromula)=0,NA(),yourFormula.

This was pretty helpful for my problem, now I don't show 0 values. Is there a setting for the line chart that won't show the line at all for NA() (blank) values? The brown line (Revised target).
Change chart type of that series from Stacked to normal Line chart. Then the leading data points will not appear.
Ah, thanks, it was a different kind of line chart. That makes all the difference.
