Excel pivot count to exclude specific date value

    Greetings!

We have an exported file (from MS Project) having a 'Actual Finish Date' column. This specific column carries value of "Jan-1900" against 'NA" values in MS Project file.

I am trying to run a pivot chart on this exported file - to exclude (not to count) values of 'Jan-1900' in the pivot bar.

Is this possible? When I tried using the formula IF(AI2<>"Jan-1900",AI2,""), pivot still counts the value.

    Any suggestion please?

    Thank you in advance...

    Hi,

Please upload a sample template of your file with enough data in it to understand the issue. You may exclude confidential data you have, if any.
