Table: Auto add new row: How can I modify the formula originally entered in a cell?

I created a table and pasted a flawed formula in one of the cells in the top row. Now every time I add a row the flawed formula is replicated in the corresponding cell. I can edit it each time, but that obviously is not an optimal solution. Can anyone advise how to alter the formula so it will be created correctly?

Have you considered converting the table to a range and then fixing the formula. Once the formula is fixed, convert the range back to a table.
