There are 20 years on the x-axis of a line graph. I want the scale for the first 9 years to be 1 (So year 1,2,3,...etc), and then 10-20 to be 2 (so 12, 14,16,18..etc). How do I do that?
Also, how to find the intersection point between the two lines on line graph and show its corresponding year?

It's not clear, at least to me, exactly what you're asking for. It might help if you uploaded your workbook and manually add the values you expect to see on the x axis with text boxes so that we can see what you expect.

I would cheat by listing the numbers 1 - 10 as you have, and the averaging the rest in twos, and have the list read 1,2,3,4,5...10,12,14 etc. I have just tried it, and as long as you set the x axis to the range you have filled, the numbers display as you want, 1 - 10 in 1's, 10 - 20 in 2's.
