Function to insert 2-D Line chart?

Hi Excel people,

I am working on a python script which will output excel file (or .csv file).
Certain line in that excel file should generate a 2-D Line chart based on values from the same file.
Is that possible?
To select the values which will be used for chart I would use:

but which function/formula to use for generating the very chart?
