Additional SubTotals in Pivot needed

I'm sure I can figure this out with a helper column or something in my source data but I'm running out of time so I need someone to just tell me how to do this...

Here is what I have:

Notice the subtotal for the In/Out of region....I have multiple Ship Froms and want this for each one.

Thanks for the suggestion but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking to keep the region subtotals together at the bottom directly above the grand total.
