Excel Practice Exam

Hello Guys,

I am currently finishing of my BSC and i have a resit of an exam in Microsoft Excel.

The goal of this is to do the following.

Use this Data Set to find the following:
1. Create a Pivot Table to show Cross Tabulations
2. Using the template below, use excel formula to show the Cross Tabulation
3. Find the Correlation between Q1 answers and Q2 answers
4. Find the Variance of each set of answers
5. Find the Median for each set of answers
6. Find the Frequency of answers for each set of answers
7. Find the Percentage Distribution of answers for each set of answers

The file attached is what I am supposed to work off as a practice but im completely at a loss for how to do this. I think I have done the question 1 tab fine but question 2 I don't know where to start. it is under the tab for question 2, I hope someone can help, as my exam is Monday 23rd.

I have been searching through pages on Google trying to work this out since last week but cant seem to find anything that works and I wouldn't be sure it is right.

The problem is I cant seem to get in contact with my lecture because he said he was busy with board meetings this week.
