Generation of chart from a set of values--Not happening

I am trying to create a chart, based on a set of values, but for some reason it shows the chart only for the last set of data. I am not very sure, if it is a data problem or it is the way in which excel would work. Kindly help me with this. The chart data is available in the Data worksheet under the "Answers Portal Servers - Average CPU and Memory Utilization ".

I guess the issue is with cell formatting (numbers stored as text). Please see the attached file, I could create a graph by multiplying the series by 1.

Thanks Chandra. That worked! I just went ahead and removed the concat operation and it stored it as number itself , with which I was able to generate the graph properly. Thanks again Chandra! Cheers
