Circle within Circle Chart

Hi,

I have a series of 3 numbers like 100,60 and 30. I want to draw circle chart depending upon these values.
So the biggest circle should be of lets say size 100. Another should be of size 60 but within the bigger one.
Then third one should of of size 30 but again it should be inside the 2nd one.
So in other words, I want to show a team of 100 as a big circle, then 60 out of those 100 are in a specific process as a smaller circle within that and then finally 30 out of those 60 are reporting to me and should be as a smallest circle within the smaller one.
Also I want if I change the values next month, chart should automatically be updated as per the new values.

Did not get your point. If I draw a bubble chart on just one series how can they be placed one within another?
I tried but it is showing just 2 bubbles, bigger and smaller and they both are seperate. Middle one is invisible.

Just a small question....I am trying to create a bubble chart on your table but not able to....
What additional you did to look it like this.....if you could make me understand in a couple of lines....
