Seeking help to analyze complicated survey data (Pivot, filter)

Hello, I am working on a survey and would need to analyse the attached data. It is basically a question with 10 options (A - J) to choose from and for each option respondents will rank it as either 0,1,2,3,4 or 5. The question is asked to 2 sets of respondents (East and West). I would need to compare the stats for each rank under each option the counts chosen by East Vs West respondents. There are also demographic questions like "Location", "Sector", "Annual Revenue", etc (all highlighted in yellow) indicating the respondent types. The complete data set is shown on the tab "Raw Data".

I somehow followed the below page to "depivot" my data using "Multiple consolidation ranges" and able to create such table as shown on tab "Pivot".

The Challenge is I could not find a way to create such pivot table that could allow me to filter the results with the demographic parameters (e.g. location, industry, etc) which I need for further analytical purpose.

Also, is there a quicker way to come up with the table with filtering function without having to go through the "depivot" process? This would be helpful to know as there are quite many questions other than this to work on from the entire survey result...

Could anyone kindly show me what I could do? Many thanks!

    Maybe like this?

I used the macro to re-arange the data.

    Maybe it needs a amend.

    See the attached file.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

Thank you for your help oeldere. I could see what you've created there and I am able to add another layer of filter using "sector" which is very helpful and close to what I want to get to.

What I need to work on next will be also adding "year of experience" and "Annual Revenue" to the "Output" tab. Given I don't know macro, is there a quick way to do so? and if macro is the only way to do so, what do I need to do if this is not too complicated to explain here?

Thank you once again for your help!
