Presenting and printing a payroll pivot table

Hi guys....i am having different kinds of problems with our payroll system and i am trying to improve it.In the attached excel file you will find how i collect the data and then you will see the pivot table...the problem for now is that i want the output of the pivot to be easier for someone to read and understand it if possible...Also i cannot print it in a single page because it starts from column A all the way up to AH.
So i would like to ask your opinions on how to improve it and if there are any alternatives in order to present more clear results, even without the use of a pivot table...PAYROLL PIVOT.xlsx

    Hi nchinas,

I've moved the 'Values' from the 'Columns' area to the 'Row' area.

Can you have a look at the format now & see if it suits?

You could also go to display as 'Classic' view under 'Pivot Table Options' for another view.

Hi again!!!!I would like to ask you one more question. In the excel file that you made is there any way to omit rows that don't have any values? For example row13?Or do i have to make it manually for every worker?

I would make the pivot table like this.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    Hi nchinas,

Unfortunately, in a Pivot table, if you choose to remove blanks from a field you will remove them from all Rows in that Column & also potentially affect other data.
