How to update a lot of pivot tables at once

    Good morning everyone.

I'm working with Excel 2010, on Windows 7 environment.

I have a sheet with many columns, and I built many pivot tables.
When I add other rows to sheet, I am forced to update pivot tables one at a time.
Is there a way to simultaneously update all pivot tables in one step?

    Thank you for attention.

    Best regards.

If you use a dynamic data source (see instructions here: http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot01.html) you will only need to refresh the pivots.

    Thanks for your reply.
When I have to update my pivot tables, I am forced to update data singularly, table by table.

To update pivot table, first of all I have to update data, using "Modify data source" and then pivot table update itself automatically. Then, I have to repeat the same procedure for each pivot table.

My problem is to updata ALL pivot tables at once. I don't know if this is possible.

If you read the link I provided, it will show you how to set up a dynamic data source that will expand as you add data, so all you will need to do is refresh the pivots, not modify the data source.
