Horizontal Bulelt Graph

Hi

I want to make a horizontal bullet graph, with two numbers, example actual £200,000, budget/target £220,000, I want the actual as the bar, and the budget/target as the vertical error bar which is placed over the column,

I can do this simply enough as a column chart, but trying to do it as a bar chart is proving difficult, as I can not change the budget/target to a line and then change the marker option.

I don't have a BarOK, BarPoor, etc just those two numbers above I want to chart

Any ideas?

Thanks for your response, that is very helpful , I managed to get it to how I want it to look kind of, but I am having trouble now positioning the vertical bars, I can move it up and down but I need to be able to make sure it is corresponding to the correct letter, which im stuck on, how is this done?
