I am charting information that compares 7 different data sets for 12 different groups. Some of the numbers in the data are high, and others low. The chart graphs equal intervals on the y axis for the numbers: from 0 to 900. I would like to be able to adjust the visualization of 0-100 so that the smaller numbers can be perceived (they are not even visible), even though the interval between 0-100 would not be the same graphically as between 100-900. A "realistic" representation of the data is not necessary; it is more useful to compare things impressionistically since the data will accompany the bar chart.

Can I "pull up" the bar for 100 so that the representation of numbers between 0 and 100 is larger? Better yet, is it possible to add a new number 50, and pull it up so amounts between 0 and 50 are magnified?
