I got 7300 entries, while I have excel displaying only 2400. Also, everytime create pivot for the same data, the count keeps changing i.e. 2439, 2500..

Please attach a sample of your workbook so we can use your own data to work on possible solutions. Remember to remove or replace sensitive data before uploading the file.

Your pivot table does include all data from the dump tab. I have added a count field so you can see in the total that it refers to 7,319 records.
