    If you select anywhere on the pivot table, under PivotTable tools group, click on Options ribbon, and click Change Data Source. From there, you should be able to figure out what the data range pivot table is using.

    Hi swade730,

    The quick way to check the PT range is Alt+J+T+I+D

    @spageopriya: To convert values in column like 0-100, 101-200 you can use Group feature by right click on PT & select Group.
