Use more than one summarize feature in pivot table

I have a data set on customers which includes dates certain actions were taken against the customer record by one of our reps. I have been able to pull the DATE data over as a value and set the 'summarize by' to MIN which results in the actual date being displayed . . . this is great. However, I also want to be able to subtotal the data as a COUNT rather than as a MIN. Is it possible to summarize data in a pivot table using more than one 'summarize' by feature? I have highlighted in yellow in the attachment where I would like to COUNT to be summarized.

You can add another field to the Values area. The Min and Count values will be shown side by side for each item in the Status field.
