colourful bars side by side two years compare

This is one of the great new charts of 2013

Is there a way to get the bar colour month by month compare meaning jan 2013 and jan 2014 side by side,
without manually coloring each bar

This graph is fine but year at a glance see , I want to closely see jan and jan , feb and feb bar following each
other

Though I can still see month by month in this but my eyes have to glance right and left

Yes Andy Pope , seems I have to changes the colours manually , I was revealed the colours of the chart

But I was able to find a revealing colour blue and red against black background
