How to arrange Data thanks to a Pivot Table

Dear all,

I'm really struggling with one problem, this is the best place to share it so here is my challenge!

I get quite rawdata from a stantard query I do out of a system and I need to create a dashboard out of it. All the information is there but not as I wished to create a Gantt.
On each row I have the planning information related to one project as follow : ProjectX / Activity 1 / Duration of Activity 1 / Start Date of Activity 1 / Activity 2 / Duration of Activity 2 / Start Date of Activity 2 / ...

I would like to create a Gantt chart with Project as a filter. But first I need to rearrange how this data is setup from the export. I tought I could use a pivot table, but this doesn't work (or maybe I'm just bad at it). I put an example of the extract I have and manually what I would like to get.

Hi Guillaume, I wouldn't use a Pivot Table. I'd use a named range to create a dropdown fields and vlookups to the correct columns based on the dropdown selection. See attachedExamplePivotGanttChart - Solved.xlsx.
