    Calculated Field or Item

Good day to all, I have a small issue with the pivot table...I have a datasheet where I can see if an order is on time or late for deliery and can succesfully make a Count of it in the pivot table (no big deal), also I know how to represent that value as the percentage for a given parameter (in my case, for the product lines)

Here's the deal, how do I make it work if I want to see the number of On Time and Late orders, and ONLY display the percentage that the Late orders represent from the total? I already made it show both percentages, for On Time and Late, but won't work like that for what's required here at the office.

Any help is welcome and appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Re: Calculated Field or Item

Add a helper column in the Pivot Source and Use a formula to result the Number of Late and On Time Count, So that you can show a single shot result in Pivot
